In an effort to adapt to our new platform, we are doing group asks a little differently in our DW community. This post will serve as an example of what lost fic requests will look like if we need to move to DW permanently, so please feel free to refer to it if you need to. As this is only an illustrative post to move our backlog, comments are disabled.
We know everyone has that one fic they've read a long time ago and, for the life of them, can't find a link to again. On Tumblr, you'd just drop the Library an ask after Google and AO3 searches failed you and we would do our best to find your lost fic for you or we would ask for the help of our lovely followers.
Here, we will be compiling lost fic requests as comments.

If you have a lost fic you'd really like to find again, just fill out this template with things you remember:
1) Click the "reply" button below.
2) Your comment must have a subject title. Please put something brief and descriptive that shows what you're looking for. It can include tropes, setting, and/or rating or it can be something as simple amnesiac!Bucky, Coffee Shop AU with weird sign outside, Post TWS-fic with Sam, Shrunkyclunks with SHIELD Agent!Bucky, etc.

Been looking for a story where Steve and Natasha have been captured, and are being kept heavily sedated. They’ve been harvesting Steve’s organs since his regenerates and impregnated Nat, possibly with Steve’s baby. They escape but I forget how. I think Bucky helped. Does this ring any bells?

Bucky was imprisoned by shield after trying to assasinate steve and then steve found out (but didn’t know who he was) but was mad about how they were treating him, and then later found out it was bucky. i think he kept trying to kill himself but then doctor x removed the hydra programming that was making him do that.

Hey, I remember a fic but I don’t know it’s name and can’t find it. Basically Bucky was really jealous of Steve’s shield because he wanted to be Steve’s favorite weapon and then Nat finally convinced him that he was Steve’s favorite person.

I wonder if you can help locate a fic I read on Ao3 a few months ago. I thought I’d bookmarked it but I can’t find it. It was a long fic about Bucky in recovery and it focussed on post traumatic stress and behavioural therapies. It was obviously written by someone who knows their stuff. Part of Bucky’s recovery journey sees him accessing his own Hydra files, including audio recordings. The files describe sleep deprivation, sensory deprivation, all sorts of interrogation techniques. Can you help?

Lost fic summary: I have been looking for this fic for months. I remember it was about hydra kidnapping steve and they make bucky, still the winter soldier, have sex with him as a form of humiliation. but then his mask comes off and steve realizes its bucky and gets really into it, to the confusion of the hydra agents. i also think it was from rumlow’s pov, and i’m pretty sure its complete as well. I’ve searched the voyeurism and htp tags and not found it, so it might not be tagged with them.

Lost fic summary: I’m looking for a fix where Bucky is being held prisoner behind silver bars because I think he is a vampire. Then Steve comes in injured and let’s Bucky drink some of his blood and then Steve drinks his blood and I think the commandos come and save them.

I’ve lost a fic where Steve meets the winter soldier when he meets the other Avengers during the battle of new York. He doesn’t know it’s Bucky bc he’s always wearing a mask. I think he finds out it’s him when a hydra agent stabbed him in the throat after he slept with her and Bucky calls an ambulance. Oh and Bucky keeps listening to music to escape trigger words…

I read a fic a while ago. It’s deriving me crazy. It was from Bucky’s perspective and I think kinda fragmentary. All I remember is that during the helicarrier fight after he gets pinned under the be bucky sees steve walking towards him with the shield and hopes that maybe he’ll bring it down on his head and give him a quick merciful death instead of making him suffer (which he assumes is the only other possible outcome)
