Lost fic summary: I don't know if it's alredy here, but I really want to find the fic. There are two of them, one is inspired by the other. It's about the government (or the army idk) thinking that Steve is their property and they can do whatever they want with him, and Steve being scared with Bucky as a protective boyfriend.
